Excuses, oh so unpleasant

At the age of 30 that i am in, certain things just make no sense. Here i am referring to conversations i hold with adults my age or older. Today i will only make reference to the frogs i meet claiming to like me and wanting to date me.

Question is what their actions say? Ok we are not there today. This lame excuse i have heard many times since the beginning of 2013! I didnt think we would still be hearing such lines from grown men in the 21st century. 'I am busy/ was busy' Very lame. I asked this one frog what he meant by that line when he was telling me why he had not called for a whole week and weekend, was he running the country? Managing offshore accounts? CEO for multiple companies? No, I thought not. He also laughed at his pathetic excuse and agreed that I was making sense. If you claim to like someone, your actions should support your spoken word.  Unfortunately he will not be be getting any chance with me, seeing that he started on a bad slate already.

I cannot and will not accept mediocrity! Grown ups should behave like grown ups. If you say you will do something, do it! If you cant, say so. If you tolerate this I can assure you that your children will be next!

Watch out guys, clean up your act and communicate better. Believe me you will begin to see wonders.
